A: Yes. You can change the date of booking till 48 Hours before the booked date free of charge. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as detailed in the next question.

A: You can cancel your booking anytime. The cancellation charges are as follows:
48 hours before booked time: 100rs Transaction Charge will be deducted from the advance paid.
24 - 48 hours before booked time: 50% of the trip amount
0 - 24 hours before booked time: 100% of the trip amount
