Although there was a little confusion in the beginning (which I believe seldom happens), but what's more important is how they rectify the situation, react, and made sure things were settled and went well for me! Even at 3am, the Whatsapp reply was immediate. The driver drove me safely and smoothly to my destination. On my way back from Agra back to New Delhi Airport, everything is smooth and perfect.
